A spiral staircase connects it to the cave house below and the living room and kitchen above. The living room has double doors leading out to the terrace, a long sofa that converts to a queen bed and a smaller sofa that converts to a double, nice for kids. The kitchen has a propane stove, electric oven, and small refrigerator and freezer. The house is heated with electric heat. Wireless hi-speed internet is available for your laptop. The views from the house and terrace are breathtaking. It will be reimbursed within 15 days of your departure with a 50 € deduction for cleaning in addition to the cost of any property loss or damage. 30% deposit of rental fee holds reservation and the balance is due one month before the arrival date. We accept Euros via PayPal. Cancellation Fee: If the Tenant terminates their contract before the arrival date and doesn't name a replacement that accepts the same terms, they are responsible for paying fees to cover costs (excluding cleaning), as long as a further rental is not possible. Cave Bedroom Accomodates 2 adults See my holiday home No. 415265 on Holiday-Rentals The Cave Yuccas is a heritage museum and cafe that is open to the public from 11 am - 7 pm most days from Easter through October. A private cave bedroom with separate entrance featuring a double bed and bathroom with shower is available for a supplementary fee if extra space is desired (depending on availability). The museum shares the bathroom only during operating hours. The museum tour guide is on site during operating hours to ensure privacy. Please inquire about availability if interested.
